We start by taking the guitar apart. Neck, back and bridge all come off.

 
 
 
 
 

We remove the old braces and replace them with a forward shifted, scalloped X bracing system.

The frets come out and the fingerboard gets resurfaced to 14” before installing new, modern sized frets.

Some of the old fingerboards were chemically treated to change their color, these need to get replaced with Indian Rosewood or ebony for a small fee. CUSTOM INLAY OPTIONS AVAILABLE.

whenever a board needs to be removed, a carbon fiber rod is added to ensure a lifetime of stability.

 
 

We reinstall the back of the guitar to close the box. With the box closed we can reinstall the neck at the correct angles.

 

We replace or reinstall the bridge, saddle, nut and tuners. Once everything is back on and in the right place we can finalize the setup and string up for inspection.
