Rebraced with X’ing to keep up with it’s more desired LG-2 cousin, this thing puts out some heat. The freshly dressed fingerboard and new, slightly tall frets means it’s playing fast and slick as anything. The Mahogany soundboard produces a sensitive mellow, warm and breathy light picking experience while becoming a grassy, scooped, throaty growl with more driving right hand. A nearly perfect modern (post 50’s) flattop sound that can be a light folky fingerpicker, produces medium strummed washboard chords with gobs of clarity and glowing reverb or can put out hard driven single note bluegrass licks with that scooped eq growl with heavy low end but snappy.
Fully Overhauled with all the bells and whistles - perfect 3/32 to 2/32 setup with 13’s.
