Vogue B ca. 1930 with Hardshell

Harmony must have decided to dress one up in Gibby clothes and they just nailed it! A really perfect small burst with all the texture in the black you could ever want. I love seeing grain lines sparkle in the shine of a bursts black - that’s what makes a good old Gibson good, at least aesthetically.

This guitar has a really comfortable not chunky but fast and full C shaped neck with Harmony’s standard 25 inch scale length. Strung with 12’s this featherweight pumps some immediate touch response out of a very, very active top. A warm and full note with just a hint of dry shimmer for some steel string zing. This is a sensitive and dynamic box that couples well with the 12’s and low action, built for smooth speed. This guitar would be great for big beautiful light, fast touch fingerpicking or that old bluesy bark of a heavy right hand overdrive.
